As part of the outreach meetings led by Secretary General Mr. Mohamed Sajid across various prefectures and provinces, the Secretary General visited the city of Rabat, accompanied by political bureau members Dr. Ahmadou El Baz, Dr. Lahbib El Dekkak, Mr. Ismail Hajji, and the Member of Parliament for the Skhirat-Témara constituency. During the visit, he held an outreach meeting with the party's candidates and militants in the Rabat prefecture.

This party meeting was organized thanks to the extensive efforts made by Mr. Abdelkader Tatou, a seasoned parliamentarian, and the regional coordinator Mr. Larbi Bouwarda, alongside the party team that mobilized with them to ensure the event's success.

During the meeting, the party's candidates for the upcoming legislative elections were introduced. The Secretary General endorsed Mr. Larbi Bouwarda as the head of the party's list in the Rabat-Océan constituency, and attorney Mr. Saeed Yabou as the head of the list for Rabat-Chellah. The heads of lists for the local government elections across the districts and municipalities under the Rabat prefecture were also presented.

Furthermore, the Secretary General inaugurated the party's new headquarters in the Yaacoub El Mansour district in Rabat, in the presence of prominent figures including elected representatives and councilors, who officially announced their joining of the party to contest the upcoming elections across all districts and municipalities of Rabat.

The Constitutional Union places employment and purchasing power at the heart of its electoral platform.

On September 7 in Casablanca, the Constitutional Union (UC) launched its platform for the 2026 legislative elections, prioritizing job creation, purchasing power, and productive growth under the commitment "A Productive Economy, More Job Opportunities, and Stronger Purchasing Power." Key Challenges Addressed: Secretary-General Mohamed Joudar highlighted that ~2.9 million Moroccan youth are currently not in employment, education, or training (NEETs), alongside inflation pressures and market intermediaries driving up living costs. Core Proposals: Align vocational training with market demands and support first-job access for youth. Improve the business climate, expand financing for SMEs/startups, and combat monopolies and rent-seeking. Strengthen market competition and supply chain transparency to curb inflation rather than relying solely on temporary price fixes. Combine private initiative with strategic state oversight to ensure growth benefits all social classes and regions.
