As part of enhancing organizational momentum and field presence, the Secretary-General of the Constitutional Union (UC) party, Mr. Mohamed Joudar, chaired a consultative meeting on Monday in Rabat with party-elected representatives from the local councils of Rabat and Salé.

Attended by Political Bureau members MP Hassan Aref and Mr. Abdelkader Tatou, the meeting provided a platform to discuss strategic preparations for the upcoming period, focusing on strengthening the party's presence in Rabat and Salé and maximizing local development opportunities.

Consolidation Phase and Structural Reinforcement

In his opening remarks, Mr. Joudar emphasized the significance of the current phase, describing it as a “consolidation stage.” He stressed the necessity of reclaiming a strong foothold in Rabat and Salé through consistent, impactful engagement on the ground, noting that this gathering serves as a foundational step toward broader organizational structuring.

The Secretary-General commended the dedication of UC local councilors in Rabat and Salé within their respective municipal assemblies. He urged them to maintain structured coordination and called for enhanced communication channels between the party leadership and its elected officials. On this occasion, Mr. Joudar announced the appointment of new party coordinators for both Rabat and Salé.

Momentum of Success and Call for Full Mobilization

Concluding the session, Mr. Joudar pointed to the party’s recent political successes in other cities, notably winning the presidency of the Meknes municipal council, as evidence of the UC’s capacity to achieve positive outcomes through disciplined organization and efficient engagement.

He called on all party members to actively commit to this new organizational push, emphasizing that the upcoming phase demands total mobilization, close proximity to citizens, and proactive responsiveness to public expectations.
