Constitutional Union Holds the 6th Edition of "Master Class" in the Presence of Othman El Ferdaous

Continuing its partnership with the National Democratic Institute (NDI) initiated in early 2018, the Constitutional Union (UC) party hosts the 6th edition of its "Master Class" leadership series. The program focuses on key public policy issues and Morocco's strategic development and reform initiatives.

Scheduled for Saturday, October 27, at the Ibis Hotel in Casablanca, this edition centers on two core themes:

  • The Development Model: Led by Othman El Ferdaous, Secretary of State for Investment to the Minister of Industry, Investment, Trade, and Digital Economy.

  • Strengthening Communication Mechanisms for Youth: Facilitated by Hamza El Rouijae, alumnus of the Master Class program.

This session follows five successful workshops where young party members engaged with political leaders and domain experts on social, economic, political, and development challenges. Previous editions generated the youth-led strategic vision "50 Measures for a Possible Morocco", enriching public debate, and provided participants with analytical tools to engage in discussions regarding the 2019 Finance Bill during the preceding session.

    Facilitated by Hamza El Rouijae during the 6th "Master Class" edition hosted by the UC in partnership with the NDI, this workshop examined youth leadership and political communication. Addressing political disengagement—where only 1% of youth are party-affiliated despite high digital activity—5 working groups analyzed core leadership traits like charisma, public speaking, and critical analysis. The session highlighted royal directives on political party support and the vital role of NDI-partnered training in empowering young leaders.
