Brother El Rouijae Explains "Communication Mechanisms for Youth" and Discusses Leadership

As part of the 6th edition of the "Master Class" series organized by the Constitutional Union (UC) in partnership with the National Democratic Institute (NDI), a workshop focused on "Communication Mechanisms for Youth" was facilitated by Master Class alumnus Hamza El Rouijae.

The workshop explored global theories of leadership, management, and democratic governance at local and regional levels. Working across 5 breakout groups, participants examined the key factors behind youth political disengagement—noting that while only 1% of young people are formally affiliated with political parties, their civic interest remains strong on social media platforms.

Citing royal directives regarding the essential role of political parties as social intermediaries, alongside the strategic support from the NDI, Hamza El Rouijae emphasized the importance of equipping young leaders with public speaking skills, charisma, and analytical tools to combat disinformation and foster active political participation.
