The 2019 Finance Bill Takes Center Stage at the 5th Constitutional Union Master Class

The Constitutional Union (UC) party is organizing the 5th edition of its "Master Class" program, dedicated to analyzing the core economic, social, and political dimensions of the 2019 Finance Bill within the framework of the new development model established by recent Royal Directives.

Taking place on Saturday, September 29, 2018, at the party headquarters in Casablanca, the event gathers members of the Political Bureau, youth alumni from previous sessions, municipal counselors, and members of the House of Representatives.

The proceedings are structured around four primary modules:

  • National and International Context surrounding the drafting of the 2019 Finance Bill.

  • Social Priorities embedded in the proposed budget.

  • Current State and Fragility of Financial Balances.

  • Anticipated Budgetary Measures for the 2019 fiscal year.

The session is facilitated by senior party cadres and academics Hassan Abiaba, Lahbib El Dekkak, Ahmedou El Baz, and Saïd Assal.
