At the headquarters of the Academy of the Kingdom in Rabat, Mr. Mohamed Joudar, Secretary-General of the Constitutional Union party, led a delegation of political bureau members and party officials. This visit took place within the framework of the hearing sessions organized by the Body Charged with the Revision of the Family Code, aiming to submit the Constitutional Union's memorandum on the matter.

This meeting occurred as part of the consultations and listening sessions conducted by the Body with various relevant stakeholders, implementing the directives of the Royal Letter addressed to the Head of Government regarding the review of the Family Code.

In this context, Mohamed Joudar, Secretary-General of the Constitutional Union, stated to the press that the meeting provided an opportunity to present the party's vision on the Family Code and to propose a set of amendments that could be incorporated into its provisions.

Mr. Joudar highlighted that these proposals are framed by religious and constitutional references, as well as the Royal approach to family matters as articulated in the High Royal Speeches. He added that the party's vision focuses on the family, aiming to preserve its cohesion and balance while prioritizing the best interests of children.

Emphasizing that the family is the core of society as a whole, Mr. Joudar expressed hope for the rollout of a new code that meets the expectations of all Moroccans.

Core Proposals: Align vocational training with market demands and support first-job access for youth. Improve the business climate, expand financing for SMEs/startups, and combat monopolies and rent-seeking. Strengthen market competition and supply chain transparency to curb inflation rather than relying solely on temporary price fixes.
