On Saturday, January 11, the Hamria Music Conservatory in Meknes hosted the inaugural conference of the Constitutional Youth Organization, intentionally scheduled to coincide with the anniversary of the Proclamation of Independence. The gathering aligns with the organizational renewal momentum led by Constitutional Union (UC) Secretary-General Mohamed Joudar to empower youth within political leadership structures.
