Under the chairmanship of regional coordinator Mr. Ahmed El Banna, the party's regional secretariat in the Marrakech-Safi region supervised the establishment of the party's local office in the territorial commune of Tamslohte. The event was attended by the party's provincial secretary, Mr. Omar El Hasbani, Mr. Brahim Atoukart, President of the Al Haouz Provincial Council, Political Bureau member Mr. Omar Bouzidi, and a group of other notable figures.

In this context, regional coordinator and Political Bureau member Ahmed El Banna provided clarifications regarding the party's history, the general secretaries who succeeded to its leadership, as well as the relationship of Tamslohte native, the late Abdallah Ibrahim, alongside the structures and parallel organizations forming the party. In the same vein, provincial secretary Mr. Omar Hasbani explained to the attendees the concept of liberalism that the Constitutional Union party has embraced throughout its historical path since its founding in its various policies and programs.

Following that, the attendees moved on to the process of electing the local office in Tamslohte, which resulted in a lineup composed of young men, women, and educated cadres, headed by young Azzedine Ezziane as local secretary of the Constitutional Union party in Tamslohte. Several committees were also elected, comprising young delegates and attending citizens.

Before the conclusion, young Azzedine Ezziane delivered a speech on the occasion, thanking those present and emphasizing that the newly elected Tamslohte office will work with all its might to achieve the aspirations of the residents of the Tamslohte commune across its neighborhoods and douars, which have suffered for decades. He stressed that winds of political change within this commune are inevitable through the will and encouragement of the people of Tamslohte, who trust the capabilities of youth and change toward the horizon of achieving development. He added that this party will be open to everyone and for everyone, and will stand to advocate for societal issues concerning the population across all age groups.

In conclusion, a cable of loyalty and allegiance addressed to His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist Him, was read out on behalf of the attendees participating in the establishment of the Constitutional Union's local office in Tamslohte.

On September 7 in Casablanca, the Constitutional Union (UC) launched its platform for the 2026 legislative elections, prioritizing job creation, purchasing power, and productive growth under the commitment "A Productive Economy, More Job Opportunities, and Stronger Purchasing Power." Key Challenges Addressed: Secretary-General Mohamed Joudar highlighted that ~2.9 million Moroccan youth are currently not in employment, education, or training (NEETs), alongside inflation pressures and market intermediaries driving up living costs. Core Proposals: Align vocational training with market demands and support first-job access for youth. Improve the business climate, expand financing for SMEs/startups, and combat monopolies and rent-seeking. Strengthen market competition and supply chain transparency to curb inflation rather than relying solely on temporary price fixes.
