The Moroccan parliamentary delegation, including Hassan Arif from the Social Democratic Constitutional group, participated in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe in Strasbourg (June 2023). The delegation engaged in various committee proceedings and organized a thematic seminar on "Defending Human Rights Overseas" in partnership with the Kingdom's Consulate General, alongside an art exhibition.

The Constitutional Women's Organization held its 4th National Congress in Casablanca (May 2023) under the slogan "Women's political empowerment is a fundamental lever for development," chaired by Constitutional Union Secretary General Mohamed Jouddar. Jouddar emphasized women's vital role in development and pledged to empower them across economic, social, and political fields. Belassal: "We are facing the most dangerous crisis since the Second World War"
Chaoui Belassal, head of the Social Democratic Constitutional group in the House of Representatives, stated that Morocco is facing an unprecedented complex crisis since WWII, cushioned by strategic projects completed in recent decades. Karim Chahid calls for the generalization of protective barriers along the "motorway" network.
Karim Chahid, Head of the Constitutional Democratic Social group in the House of Councillors, called on the Minister of Equipment and Water to generalize protective barriers along the motorway network to reduce accidents and protect users. He also highlighted the negative impact of continuous maintenance works on traffic flow across key routes (such as Rabat-Fes and Casablanca-Marrakech), urging the relocation of toll stations to highway exits to avoid unnecessary stops and ensure high-quality service.

His Majesty King Mohammed VI inaugurated a Proximity Medical Center in the new city of Errahma, Casablanca, built by the Mohammed V Foundation for Solidarity with an investment of 73 million dirhams. Designed to serve 60,000 people annually with 24/7 care, the facility aims to improve healthcare access for vulnerable populations and relieve pressure on existing hospitals, as part of a national program to establish 12 similar centers across the Kingdom.
