Convened on Saturday, March 11, 2023, in Casablanca under the chairmanship of the Constitutional Union (UC) Secretary-General, the 3rd National Congress gathered delegates from across Morocco's regions. The assembly finalized its leadership renewal by electing Abdellatif El Mohammadi as National Secretary along with 20 National Bureau members, while unanimously approving a three-tiered (political, socio-economic, and international) strategic framework.

Leadership Capacity Building: Recruiting and mentoring young cadres to active political involvement and high-level governance responsibilities.

Party Youth Representation: Strengthening youth influence within internal party governance and driving organizational expansion across provinces.
Parallel Diplomacy & National Sovereignty: Forging international networks with global liberal organizations to advocate for key foreign policy causes, led by the territorial integrity of the Moroccan Sahara.
