(Said Saadaoui - Rabat Bureau)

The brother Mohamed Zerdali, Member of Parliament for the Constitutional Rally group, emphasized during the monthly oral question session on general policy—dedicated to discussing the topic of ethics in public life on Tuesday, May 23—his appreciation for the government program's inclusion of a dedicated axis for administrative reform, promoting integrity, and consolidating good governance.

To enrich and accelerate the implementation of this reform initiative, brother Mohamed Zerdali presented a set of proposals to Head of Government Mr. Saadeddine Othmani:

First: The urgent nature of administrative reform, enhancing the ethics of administrative life, and raising the productivity of the public service as a national priority.

Second: Focusing on and caring for human resources.

Third: Adopting a participatory methodology by involving all stakeholders concerned with the public service.

Fourth: A territorial field-based approach at regional, provincial, and local levels through field work visits by central inspectors.

Fifth: Rationalizing administrative time by reducing the turnaround time for issuing permits, certificates, and administrative information.
